OptiZinc®: OptiZinc® offers benefits for dietary supplements and food and beverages. OptiZinc® is a 1:1 complex of zinc and methionine, an amino acid that is well-absorbed by the body. Compared to other forms of Zinc tested, Zinc mono-L-methionine has superior absorption, retention, and antioxidant, and cell protectant properties.
