PERFECT FOR: A warm cup in the middle of the day
Sift 1-2 tsp. of matcha into a a cup or bowl with a sifter.
Add a 30ml warm (70C) and whisk to form a paste.
Add 50ml water and whisk in a “W”-motion until frothy.
Top with 150-200ml water or desired milk.
